ELIXIR strives to encourage customers to purchase refill packs for their repeat product purchases. Our lotion and emulsion refill packs won the Appropriate Packaging Award in the Japan Packaging Contest. They are designed with hygiene, quality, and ease of use in mind, so that our customers can use them cleanly and comfortably at all times
Our new Fukuoka Kurume Factory in Japan uses 100% renewable energy. Manufacturing is carried out in a strictly hygienic environment. We boost thorough quality control using a combination of cutting-edge technologies such as the IoT for constant monitoring and control of the production of the product content itself, inspectors, and specialized sensory panellists. From the production process to the point of use, there is little human contact, thanks to automation of the production line using advanced robots. We strive to ensure the protection of both the environment and high-quality standards.
ELIXIR is replacing the paper used in product packaging with sustainable paper, for the reduction of resource consumption from the perspective of environmental conservation and biodiversity. We are aiming to reduce consumption in various ways, such as using 100% sustainable paper by 2023 and using FSC certified paper for ELIXIR product packaging.
